Subscriptions and billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a monthly cycle unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
• No-refund policy: Monthly payments are non-refundable, including if you are dissatisfied with the Service. Cancel any time to stop future billing.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe for subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Access and acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• No sharing of accounts or login credentials outside your organization without permission.

Intellectual property

All content, software, documentation, and materials made available through the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in legal action.
